Private and commercial use of land administered by the Department of Conservation must be authorised by a concession (lease, licence, permit, or easement) or other form of authorisation depending on the circumstances and location of the acitivity.

A number of Resource and Environmental Management Limited's projects are based on the West Coast of the South Island.  Approximately 90% of the land on the West Coast  is public conservation land administered by the Department.  Hence, a number of projects we have worked on have required Department concessions. REM is experienced in lodging and obtaining concessions from the Department of Conservation in order to secure access to sites and to enable projects to commence.

Please email Craig Welsh for more information regarding Concessions.
