DIRECTOR / Consultant Planner / Resource Economist
Craig is a Consultant Planner / Resource Economist and the Managing Director of REM. He has 19 years experience in resource management planning, environmental management plans, drafting and auditing resource consent applications, assessments of environmental effects, environmental project management, resource economics and incident management .
The main focus of Craig's work is the provision of resource and environmental management services for private sector clients in the energy industry, including the mining, petroleum, coal seam gas and electricity generation sector. This involves project management of resource consent applications, land owner access arrangements (including significant experience with the Department of Conservation), and obtaining mining permits.

Duncan is a Consultant Planner with more than 25 years experience in statutory and environmental planning. This experience includes plan preparation, resource consent processing, assessment of environmental effects, preparation of resource consent applications and notices of requirement, and demographic analysis.
Duncan is a leading expert on designations and requirements, and has advised a wide range of clients on these.
He is experienced as an expert witness at the Environment Court. Duncan has been engaged as a consultant by private sector individuals and corporations, and public authorities.
